These fast-paced two hours tell you everything you need to know about using a CPA: How to determine when you need a CPA, what services they perform, how to use their time efficiently to maximize the return on the investment, and how to choose one who fits what you need. Mike will also discuss his published article, “How to Select a CPA” that distinguishes between small, medium, and large CPA firms. As an added bonus, Mike will give an overview of how your form of doing business (sole proprietor, Limited Liability Company, C Corporation, S Corporation) will impact your tax liability and chances for an IRS audit. During his talk, Mike will share his experience with other taxes as well, such as property and sales tax disputes.
